Licensed Physical Therapy Clinician - PTA

North is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor; and has 10+ years of healthcare experience as a licensed physical therapist assistant where he has helped thousands of people recover through physical therapy treatments outside of Pilates. He combines his collective knowledge to help you achieve your fitness goals.

 

As a survivor of a car versus bicycle accident that hospitalized North, it was through physical therapy and pilates that he was able to make a full recovery, and even able to return to sport. He hopes to help guide others through any complications they are facing in order to live their best lives.

 

Outside of pilates, North is a licensed therapist who works with low back pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, neck pain, knee pain, shoulder injuries, sports injury, pelvic floor dysfunction, balance and fall prevention, stroke recovery, hip dysfunction, ankle instability, and posture & ergonomic training.

North is a former basketball player, coach and dunk contest champion. He is a former Pacific Northwest Basketball Association referee (PNBOA). He loves board sports including paddle-boarding, skateboarding, snowboarding. And enjoys surfing around the world in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru and on the Olympic Peninsula coastline. He runs and strength trains regularly, and likes biking, camping and hiking.
